The Stroke Support Pack is specifically designed for healthcare professionals to order and give out to their patients whilst in hospital.

The Stroke Support Pack is full of essential information and guidance for your patients and their families. There’s a guide for people who have had a stroke and a guide for people who are supporting someone after a stroke.

How to order
Packs are supplied in boxes of 30. Orders are limited to a maximum of 5 boxes, 150 copies per order. This may be adjusted based on hospital team feedback.

Order 1 item to receive 30 copies.
Order 5 items to receive 150 copies (this is the maximum order).

The Stroke Support Pack consists of a ‘hello’ folder which introduces our organisation. It lets people know who we are and how we are here to support them throughout their recovery journey – whenever they need us.

It also consists of two guides, a guide for people who have had a stroke and a guide for people who are supporting someone after a stroke. These are called:

The guides contain useful information to support recent stroke survivors to:

understand what has happened and how it might affect them.
give answers to common questions about stroke. Including questions around recovery and rehabilitation, secondary prevention and daily living after returning home.
let them know they do not have to face recovery alone.
find out how the Stroke Association can support them and where to find further help and further information.
